iPad App in landscape design partly broken

The bug

I am using Immich (1.134.0 build.208) on my iPad (iPadOS 18.5) and in landscape mode the UI is partly broken, see my screenshot below. The date and time in the upper right corner aligns weirdly in my opinion.
